By downloading, installing, or using the Extension, you ("User," "Seller," or "you") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Extension.
By installing and using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease all use immediately.
License Grant: We hereby grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension solely for the purpose of accessing and retrieving customer information—including email addresses and other data visible on Etsy order pages—for your own Etsy orders.
Permitted Use: You may use the Extension only as permitted by these Terms. The Extension is designed to simplify access to customer information already visible to you on the Etsy order page.
Limits on Use: You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Extension without our prior written consent.
Scope of Collection: The Extension automatically captures any and all information that is visible on an Etsy order page. This includes, but is not limited to, customer email addresses, order details, customer names, shipping information, and any other visible page content.
Data Retention and Storage: Some or all data collected may be transmitted to and stored on our servers for an indefinite period and used for operational, analytical, and improvement purposes.
Google API Data: The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

User Responsibility Regarding Data: Although the Extension retrieves data that you are already entitled to view on Etsy order pages, it is solely your responsibility to ensure that you have obtained all necessary consents from your customers before retrieving or processing their data. You further agree that any legal liability stemming from the misuse of data, including a failure to obtain consent, will be solely your responsibility.

No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the Extension will operate without interruption or error, nor do we guarantee the security of any data processed by the Extension.
Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses) resulting from your use or inability to use the Extension.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Etsy Email Saver and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Extension at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Extension and uninstall it immediately.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued use of the Extension after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check for any changes periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
